  • Salary range: $54,000–$70,000 annually (may vary by location)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide proactive, high-touch support for Strategic Accounts and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
  • Build relationships with end users and admins, advocate for customers, and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Educate customers on features, best practices, and integrations to drive adoption and value realization
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to share insights and improve customer resources/programs
  • Track and document activity in Salesforce, monitor key metrics, and support reporting on account health and performance
  • Represent the 8am brand with professionalism in every interaction

What You Need

  • 1–2+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Business Development)
  • Strong relationship-building and expectation-management skills
  • Solid problem-solving and root-cause thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies, workflows, and product features quickly
  • Strong active listening, discovery, and customer service skills
  • SaaS experience preferred; legal tech experience a plus
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, decisions, or execution
