Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Lead customer onboarding and education to drive adoption of new features
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers
- Monitor usage and customer health, deploying playbooks to improve retention
- Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and uncover recurring trends
- Partner with Sales to guide renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Share insights and best practices within the Customer Success team
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or support (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of churn reduction and retention strategies
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM or Customer Success Platforms (HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of compliance management or compliance principles
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
