What You’ll Do

  • Field inbound calls about auction disputes, transportation, and operational issues
  • Review and resolve inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly across channels to maintain positive member experiences
  • Partner with dealers to resolve complex cases quickly and effectively
  • Maintain compliance records and assist with audits and reporting
  • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Support operational improvements in dispute and transportation workflows
  • Document client interactions and collaborate with internal teams to align goals

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or related field
  • Proven background in case management, conflict resolution, or customer service
  • Automotive auction or transportation workflow knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data interpretation
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and solutions-driven mindset

Compensation

  • Salary range: $45,200 – $54,250
