Remote Customer Support Details:
Call center customer service
- 4-6 week training that takes you from a classroom setting to being able to handle accounts on your own
- Customer service associate
- Servicing retail customers
- Running daily reports
- Ensure items are coming into warehouse on time
- Basic overview of assigned clients
Remote Customer Support Qualifications:
- Office experience preferred
- Strong excel experience required
- Knowledge of computers
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- HS Diploma/GED required
- 5 clerical assessments required meeting/exceeding the average scores
- Friendly attitude
- SAP or Salesforce experience a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
