Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Based in European time zones only.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend flexibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide live chat, email, and Zoom support to onboard and guide customers.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues with engineering support.
  • Create bug reports and escalate as needed.
  • Produce written and video educational content for customers.
  • Champion features by relaying user needs to product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and practices.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of technical support experience for a SaaS product.
  • Strong attention to detail and drive for improvement.
  • Comfort adapting to a fast-changing, deeply technical product.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bonus: Airbnb hosting or short-term rental experience.
