Schedule
- Full-time, remote position.
- Based in European time zones only.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Provide live chat, email, and Zoom support to onboard and guide customers.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues with engineering support.
- Create bug reports and escalate as needed.
- Produce written and video educational content for customers.
- Champion features by relaying user needs to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and practices.
What You Need
- 3+ years of technical support experience for a SaaS product.
- Strong attention to detail and drive for improvement.
- Comfort adapting to a fast-changing, deeply technical product.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Bonus: Airbnb hosting or short-term rental experience.
