Invisible is hiring a full-time Customer Support Agent to help power the future of AI-driven financial services. This role is based in the Philippines and supports U.S. clients navigating retirement accounts like 401(k), IRA, and profit-sharing plans. Position Highlights
• $5/hour (contract)
• 45–50 hours/week
• Must work 9 AM – 6 PM EST (New York Time)
• Fully remote


📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot account activation and integration issues
• Provide support for financial plans (401k, IRA, etc.)
• Use Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRMs to manage support tickets
• Escalate technical issues as needed and work with internal teams


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Customer service experience (call center or tech support preferred)
• Comfortable working U.S. hours from the Philippines
• Organized, focused, and detail-driven
• Familiarity with retirement plans or financial products a plus
• Must pass background check and submit screenshots of internet and computer specs
