CUSTOMER SUPPORT SO PAULO FULLY REMOTE
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team!

What you’ll do:
- Manage cases resolutions directly with our customers via emails and chats.
- 100% result and client-oriented position.
- Conciliations of payments on a daily basis.
- Team player, proactive, and problem resolver.
- Contact directly with processors to resolve different situations.
What you’ll need:
- Fluent at least in two of the following languages:
- English
- Portuguese
- Spanish
- Good excel skills.
- Clear Communication Skills.
