Schedule
- Contract position
- Remote (Preferred locations: Costa Rica, Belize, Mexico)
- 45–50 hours per week
- Must work 9 AM – 6 PM ET (U.S. East Coast time)
What You’ll Do
- Provide prompt, accurate bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with account activation, integrations, and product inquiries
- Deliver guidance on retirement plans (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM systems to track and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service workflows
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services
- Familiarity with retirement plans and account management is a plus
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall preferred
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check
