Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US only)
  • Flexible hours with autonomy to manage your schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support via email, chat, and phone with timely, professional responses
  • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues to resolve client concerns
  • Assist customers in navigating CRM, automation, and industry-specific platforms
  • Document common issues and create resources to improve support efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes
  • Contribute to onboarding, FAQs, and customer education materials

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer support experience (SaaS, tech, or service preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with support platforms (Zendesk, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple inquiries at once
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a fully remote environment
