What You’ll Do

  • Provide support via email, chat, and phone, resolving technical and non-technical issues
  • Help clients navigate CRM, automation tools, and Therapy Flow products
  • Document common issues to improve resources and efficiency
  • Deliver proactive service to retain customers and maximize their success
  • Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, product improvements, and FAQs

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer support experience (SaaS, tech, or service-based preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRMs (Zendesk, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
