PAR Technology is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Agent to deliver first-class support for restaurant technology solutions. In this role, you’ll resolve technical issues, support point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software, and ensure seamless customer experiences for restaurants across the globe.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-level support for PAR’s POS hardware/software and solutions
  • Resolve operational and technical issues quickly and accurately
  • Log and manage incidents using service management tools
  • Follow escalation workflows and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer support
  • Analyze issues and apply sound judgment to find resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party engineers to resolve complex problems

What You Need

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (helpdesk experience preferred)
  • Background in restaurant or call center environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Typing proficiency and knowledge of Windows OS
  • Reliable high-speed internet and backup work location access
  • Passion for helping customers and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and customer relationship skills

Nice to Have

  • Networking experience
  • AAS in electronics technology or computer science
  • A+ or Microsoft certifications

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (with potential for bonuses, commission, and/or equity)
