PAR Technology is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Agent to deliver first-class support for restaurant technology solutions. In this role, you’ll resolve technical issues, support point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software, and ensure seamless customer experiences for restaurants across the globe.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level support for PAR’s POS hardware/software and solutions
- Resolve operational and technical issues quickly and accurately
- Log and manage incidents using service management tools
- Follow escalation workflows and contribute to the knowledge base
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer support
- Analyze issues and apply sound judgment to find resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party engineers to resolve complex problems
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience (helpdesk experience preferred)
- Background in restaurant or call center environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Typing proficiency and knowledge of Windows OS
- Reliable high-speed internet and backup work location access
- Passion for helping customers and resolving technical issues
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and customer relationship skills
Nice to Have
- Networking experience
- AAS in electronics technology or computer science
- A+ or Microsoft certifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (with potential for bonuses, commission, and/or equity)
