Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (eligible states: CT, MA, PA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX)
  • $18.25/hour
  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, and Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET
  • Must be available until 6:00 PM daily and two evenings per week until 8:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients, drivers, and candidates with DOT and FCRA compliance questions
  • Conduct employment verifications and process compliance documents
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism
  • Troubleshoot SaaS platform issues and guide customers through solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Sales, IT) to resolve complex issues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while promoting Foley’s reputation

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Experience in SaaS support, CRM tools, and customer-facing roles
  • Prior remote work experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to adapt to shift schedules, including evenings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic
