Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)
- Standard 40-hour work week
What You’ll Do
- Provide timely, professional support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, ensuring quick resolutions
- Assist customers in navigating CRM, automation tools, and other platforms
- Document common issues to improve efficiency and resources
- Proactively identify and resolve customer experience challenges
- Educate clients on features, best practices, and product use
- Collaborate with success, product, and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to support guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer support experience (SaaS, tech, or service preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRMs, or live chat platforms (GoHighLevel, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple inquiries
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for helping people and delivering WOW-level service
