We work remotely across the United States, collaborating through Asana, Slack, Notion, and Zoom, and come together three times a year at our headquarters in Carlsbad, CA to connect in person.


Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based only)
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for time zones
  • Travel required up to four times per year for in-person team gatherings

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support primarily through written communication (97% of all support)
  • Diagnose and resolve product issues, offering clear and empathetic solutions
  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver consistent results
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on Planning Center products to support customers effectively
  • Balance autonomy in problem-solving with knowing when to escalate or seek assistance
  • Simplify complex issues and tailor solutions to individual customer needs

Requirements

  • Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States (no H-1B sponsorship available)
  • Willingness to travel four times per year for team events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and holistic problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn software tools quickly
  • Experience using computers and web-based platforms
  • Team player who collaborates effectively and is receptive to feedback
  • Passion for building and supporting excellent products

Benefits

  • Salary: $69,000/year starting, with growth potential up to $91,000/year
