Schedule
- Full-time role with competitive hourly pay ($19–$23/hour, based on location and experience)
- Remote position with virtual training and ongoing support
- Must be available for standard business hours; some flexibility may be required based on client needs
Responsibilities
- Provide healthcare navigation concierge service via phone, chat, text, and email
- Help members find high-quality care providers based on their needs and preferences
- Answer benefits questions, ensuring members understand their coverage and costs
- Support members with billing inquiries and issue resolution
- Coordinate care, including scheduling appointments and arranging ancillary services
- Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented customer service in every interaction
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High degree of empathy, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Comfortable with technology and adapting to new processes
- College degree preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits navigation is a plus
