Schedule

  • Part-time, remote (available in 16 U.S. states).
  • Monday–Friday, 6 am–3 pm PT.
  • 20 hours per week.
  • 90-day project (as needed).

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish, providing clear, helpful support.
  • Assist customers with questions about property tax software and services.
  • Navigate systems and document interactions with accuracy.
  • Provide professional, friendly service while resolving issues effectively.

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Pleasant, professional phone voice.
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort with research.
  • Previous call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Energetic, positive approach to customer service.
