Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 6 am – 3 pm PT
  • Commitment: 20 hours per week
  • Duration: 90 days (as needed)
  • Part-time, remote

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish about the client’s services
  • Provide clear, professional support (no sales or cold calling)
  • Research solutions and share accurate information with customers
  • Represent the client with a positive, helpful tone

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Pleasant, professional phone voice
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Prior call center experience preferred but not required
  • Energetic, positive, and committed to helping people
