What You’ll Do

⦁ Respond to customer emails, tickets, and feature requests with clear, thoughtful writing
⦁ Categorize common issues and surface trends so the team can improve the product
⦁ Collaborate with product and operations to close the loop on user feedback
⦁ Take time on tricky cases, including helping customers understand expense math when the UI confuses them

What You Need

⦁ Empathy, patience, curiosity, and strong analytical thinking
⦁ Excellent written English and the ability to write clear, helpful, concise business emails
⦁ Ownership mindset and strong organization skills
⦁ Product instincts for what confuses users and how software can be improved
⦁ Nice-to-have: customer service experience, QA/testing experience, tech passion, another language, familiarity with Splitwise
