- Remote (US-based) or hybrid (Houston, TX; 2 days onsite required for local candidates)

What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and energy
- Troubleshoot issues, document bugs, and collaborate with development for fixes
- Update tickets, accounts, and logs with precision
- Stay sharp on product features, industry trends, and best practices
- Represent the customer’s voice internally and advocate for improvements
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals
- Collaborate with teammates to strengthen support
What You Need
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
- 2+ years in a contact center environment
- 2+ years with Zendesk
- Familiarity with financial/accounting concepts
- Strong empathy, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM and ticketing systems (HubSpot a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot effectively
