Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and Zoom
- Triage project requests and escalate as needed to internal teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Create and maintain articles for the help center and internal knowledge base
- Stay calm under pressure while providing empathetic, professional support
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot, and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Patience, time management, and prioritization skills
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
Nice to Have
- Interest or experience in medical technology
- Previous experience with customer advocacy programs
