Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across live chat, email, and Zoom.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data, and Product Marketing) to troubleshoot and resolve root cause issues.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and help center.
- Remain focused under pressure while providing exceptional service.
- Proactively brainstorm ways to improve processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS Customer Support experience.
- Based in Eastern Time Zone.
- Excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot, and Google Suite.
- Strong time management, patience, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sense of urgency, empathy, and humility.
Nice to Have
- Interest or background in medical technology.
- Experience with Customer Advocacy programs.
