CrewBloom is hiring Sales and Customer Support Representatives to manage large-scale customer communication across WhatsApp. You’ll handle real-time engagement with thousands of users—answering questions, solving problems, and driving product sales with clarity and care.

Schedule
- Contract position – full-time for 5 weeks (extension possible based on performance)
- 6 days a week (Monday–Sunday)
- Rotational 8-hour shifts to ensure round-the-clock coverage
- Starting Rate: $6 USD/hour
What You’ll Do
- Manage and respond to a high volume of WhatsApp messages (~20,000 over five weeks)
- Provide accurate, timely information about products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication
- Engage customers to promote products and support sales conversions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain continuous message coverage
- Track interactions and document feedback for process improvement
What You Bring
- Experience in B2C customer support or sales
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently and maintain a friendly tone
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, messaging tools, or CRM platforms
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Preferred: Experience with sales or customer assistance at live events or music festivals

- Computer: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum
