- Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm MST
What You’ll Do
- Guide potential customers through SimplyInsured’s online insurance shopping platform and help generate health insurance quotes
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolving billing and administrative questions
- Document interactions in support software and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience
- Contribute to the mission of reducing fear in health insurance
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Greenhouse)
- Passion for helping people, especially around healthcare decisions
