The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Middle/Senior) remotely in Poland to join our multinational team delivering the best customer experience. As a passionate service professional, in this role you will work cross-functionally with the Customer Support Team, Supervisor, Head of Customer Support, Quality Control Team, Product Team, Engineering Team, and Billing Team, to maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and requests with speed and professionalism.

Location: remote from any city in Poland.

Schedule: 5 shifts per week, starting at 8 am / 9 am / 10 am / 11 am. Duration: 8 hours. Weekend shifts: 1-2 per month.

Referral bonus: up to $2000.

What You Will Do

  • Process client requests via calls (10%), chats, and emails
  • Continuous in-depth study of product and process updates
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with the company’s security policy
  • Interact with the engineering and product teams to solve client cases
  • Regular information updates based on all support channels, technical, and product changes
  • Tasks completion for internal customers

What We Look For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist (online communications)
  • Technical background (experience with tech products is a huge plus)
  • German – Fluent in both oral and written (C1)
  • English – Fluent in both oral and written (C1)
  • Polish – Fluent in both oral and written (C1)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
