- $26.08 – $40.29 per hour, based on experience and location
Responsibilities
- Respond to pharmacy software support questions via phone and electronic channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical and workflow issues
- Assist with system setup, product functionality, and troubleshooting software defects
- Log cases and maintain accurate support documentation
- Escalate critical issues and communicate updates as needed
- Document FAQs and resolutions to enhance internal knowledge base
- Stay updated on product changes and industry requirements
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
Requirements
- Previous pharmacy or home-infusion support experience
- Familiar with pharmacy software workflows (order entry, dispensing, clinical monitoring, inventory, billing)
- Understanding of NCPDP billing standards and pharmacy/HME processes
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets
- Fast learner with initiative and strong follow-through
Preferred
- Experience with Brightree Pharmacy software
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Background in healthcare, home infusion, HME, or pharmacy operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
