  • $26.08 – $40.29 per hour, based on experience and location

Responsibilities

  • Respond to pharmacy software support questions via phone and electronic channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and workflow issues
  • Assist with system setup, product functionality, and troubleshooting software defects
  • Log cases and maintain accurate support documentation
  • Escalate critical issues and communicate updates as needed
  • Document FAQs and resolutions to enhance internal knowledge base
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry requirements
  • Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Previous pharmacy or home-infusion support experience
  • Familiar with pharmacy software workflows (order entry, dispensing, clinical monitoring, inventory, billing)
  • Understanding of NCPDP billing standards and pharmacy/HME processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets
  • Fast learner with initiative and strong follow-through

Preferred

  • Experience with Brightree Pharmacy software
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • Background in healthcare, home infusion, HME, or pharmacy operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
