What You’ll Do
- Support users of Brightree Pharmacy software on both technical and workflow questions
- Troubleshoot system setup, functionality, billing issues, and product defects
- Document issues, FAQs, and resolutions to strengthen knowledge resources
- Escalate critical cases and communicate updates proactively
- Track all support interactions and ensure accuracy in case notes
- Stay current on product enhancements, billing rules, and new feature releases
- Provide guidance that aligns software capabilities with pharmacy workflows
What You Need
- Help desk / customer support experience — pharmacy or home-infusion software preferred
- Hands-on understanding of workflows like patient intake, clinical monitoring, compounding, dispensing, TPN, NCPDP adjudication, and inventory management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, meet performance metrics, and own your product area
- Positive, continuous-improvement mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience using Brightree Pharmacy software — strong plus
- CPhT and/or healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
