What You’ll Do

  • Support users of Brightree Pharmacy software on both technical and workflow questions
  • Troubleshoot system setup, functionality, billing issues, and product defects
  • Document issues, FAQs, and resolutions to strengthen knowledge resources
  • Escalate critical cases and communicate updates proactively
  • Track all support interactions and ensure accuracy in case notes
  • Stay current on product enhancements, billing rules, and new feature releases
  • Provide guidance that aligns software capabilities with pharmacy workflows

What You Need

  • Help desk / customer support experience — pharmacy or home-infusion software preferred
  • Hands-on understanding of workflows like patient intake, clinical monitoring, compounding, dispensing, TPN, NCPDP adjudication, and inventory management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet performance metrics, and own your product area
  • Positive, continuous-improvement mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Brightree Pharmacy software — strong plus
  • CPhT and/or healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
