Schedule

  • Contract-to-hire (U.S.) or international consultant role (outside the U.S.)
  • Initial shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET (with possible changes over time)
  • Remote, with schedule flexibility required

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-volume live customer support via email and live chat (Zendesk, Intercom)
  • Handle inquiries related to contests, gameplay, billing, identity verification, withdrawals, and account issues
  • Escalate support requests and critical site issues to appropriate teams for speedy resolution
  • Monitor for and report critical site issues to ensure rapid fixes
  • Deliver empathetic, professional support in a fast-paced, real-money gaming environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support or operations (sports, tech, or startup experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes, time-sensitive customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Knowledge of sports and sports gaming required; online gaming fraud/payments familiarity preferred
  • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or other customer support tools
  • Strong written communication and collaborative mindset
  • Must reside in EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones
  • Reliable internet connection

Compensation & Benefits

  • U.S.-based: $15/hour or state minimum wage (whichever is higher)
  • International: Market-competitive compensation for location and experience
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity (U.S.) or consulting role (international)
