What You’ll Do
• Engage with customers professionally to answer questions and resolve concerns
• Provide information on dental services, procedures, and general patient inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating with dental staff for efficient booking
• Assist with insurance questions, including verifying coverage and supporting payment flow
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively to maintain a strong patient experience
• Build and maintain knowledge of dental products, services, and procedures
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Collaborate with dental professionals and admin staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay current on service updates and protocols

What You Need
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a dental setting
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, service-first approach
