What You’ll Do

  • Assist patients with questions about dental procedures, services, and scheduling
  • Coordinate appointments efficiently with dental teams
  • Guide clients through insurance processes, coverage questions, and claims
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and empathetically
  • Maintain accurate digital records of all client interactions
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure a seamless support experience

What You Need

  • Prior experience in customer service (dental industry strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance basics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software and customer service tools

Minimum Tech Requirements

  • Internet: Primary (15 Mbps) and Backup (10 Mbps)
  • Devices: Intel i5/i3 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM minimum
  • Webcam, USB headset, smartphone
