What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with questions about dental procedures, services, and scheduling
- Coordinate appointments efficiently with dental teams
- Guide clients through insurance processes, coverage questions, and claims
- Resolve customer issues quickly and empathetically
- Maintain accurate digital records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure a seamless support experience
What You Need
- Prior experience in customer service (dental industry strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance basics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and customer service tools
Minimum Tech Requirements
- Internet: Primary (15 Mbps) and Backup (10 Mbps)
- Devices: Intel i5/i3 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM minimum
