CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – OATS

Location: Fargo ND

Job Type: Contract

Title: Customer Support Specialist – OATS
Location: Fargo, ND – open to U.S Remote

Scope of this role:

  • Respond to compliance tool basic service support inquiries
  • Respond to policy-related and program-specific inquiries
  • Triage help-related inquiries to redirect to appropriate teams
  • Follow workflow to grant tool access
  • Follow workflow to grant PowerBI access
  • UAT Testing for new feature releases (on a monthly basis)
  • Onboard new users into the compliance tool
  • Assigning out any new tickets and tagging
  • Troubleshoot and provide ideas on issues discovered



Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and escalate as needed
  • Must be an independent worker, as working with peers from global time zones
  • Technical Support experience, with experience managing high volume of tickets
  • Prefer minimum associates degree in Business or related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, Visio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in a professional manner
  • Ensure adherence to custom business policies and procedures


Hours: CST

  • 8-5, with rotating one week 10-7 (about every 1.5 months)
  • Lunches need to be taken around meetings
