We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our esteemed client in Cold Spring. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients. With a focus on e-commerce, we require tech-savvy individuals who can create a friendly and energetic environment, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and at ease.
To thrive in this Customer Support Specialist role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Proficiency in both phone and email communication, maintaining a balanced approach (50/50)
- Tech-savviness with a solid understanding of the e-commerce industry
- Ability to exude a friendly and energetic vibe, leaving a positive impression on clients
- Previous experience in the retail sector
You will excel in this position if:
- You have prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment (though not mandatory)
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- You can effectively multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not mandatory based on your professional experience
- Going above and beyond to assist customers comes naturally to you
Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming calls
- Respond promptly to a large number of email inquiries, utilizing ticketing systems
- Identify and understand customers’ needs to deliver satisfactory solutions
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to our reward recipients, using appropriate tools and methods
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for response times and ticket management
Our operational hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM to cater to clients on the west coast. We generally seek individuals with flexible availability, and after the training period, the regular shift options are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
