- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Provide timely support to Abridge users by troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Document interactions and track resolutions in CRM tools for data analysis
- Share user feedback with product and operations teams to improve experience
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Uphold empathy and care in every customer interaction
What You Need
- 2+ years in a customer support role (Tier 1 or lead experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical issues simply
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong computer skills and CRM/ticketing system experience
- Healthcare or privacy-compliant system experience a plus
