Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Support Center hours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST
  • Flexibility required for the first four weeks of training (between 7:00–9:00 AM CST start)
  • Occasional on-call, evening, or weekend hours may be required

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment
  • Document and process claims accurately in company systems
  • Train end users on KinderSystems products and features
  • Ensure first-call resolution through effective troubleshooting and call handling
  • Escalate complex issues to management as appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through meetings and training
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards at all times
  • Occasional travel for conferences or client visits

Requirements

  • Bilingual skills (written and verbal) preferred
  • Experience in SaaS customer support or call centers strongly preferred
  • Child care industry or subsidized child care program experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
  • Familiarity with CRMs; KinderSystems software experience is a huge plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle client concerns with professionalism
  • At least three years of technical writing, training, or education experience preferred
  • Dedicated home office environment, free from noise and interruption
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
