What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 1 live chat support for debit card and banking issues
- Triage and escalate edge cases with clear documentation
- Guide customers through dispute intake and evidence collection
- Identify potential fraud or risk patterns and escalate appropriately
- Update macros, runbooks, and help center content based on chat insights
- Work efficiently in Zendesk (or similar), maintaining speed and quality
What You Need
- 1–3+ years of customer support experience in cards, banking, brokerage, or payments
- Familiarity with card lifecycle, ACH/wires/RTP, and dispute processes
- Awareness of KYC/AML, OFAC, and Reg E compliance fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills (50+ WPM with accuracy)
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar support tools
- Bonus: Crypto product knowledge or experience with card processors (Marqeta, Galileo, Lithic)
