Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Remote, U.S.-based
  • Internet and headset required for customer support calls

What You’ll Do

  • Provide general and technical support for florists via email and chat
  • Help customers with e-commerce, POS, and floral software tools
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues (e.g., printer setup, software navigation)
  • Empathize, educate, and empower small business owners
  • Collaborate with a small team to improve the customer experience

What You Need

  • Native-level Spanish and English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Prior support or floral industry experience is a plus
