Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Remote, U.S.-based
- Internet and headset required for customer support calls
What You’ll Do
- Provide general and technical support for florists via email and chat
- Help customers with e-commerce, POS, and floral software tools
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (e.g., printer setup, software navigation)
- Empathize, educate, and empower small business owners
- Collaborate with a small team to improve the customer experience
What You Need
- Native-level Spanish and English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
- Patient, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Prior support or floral industry experience is a plus
