Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
  • 100% remote with secure home office requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer participant and client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
  • Assist with eligibility, claims, reimbursements, and account navigation
  • Provide first-tier technical support for the online portal
  • Process account transactions, claims, and updates accurately
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, confidentiality, and privacy standards
  • Support onboarding of new clients and participants
  • Build strong, empathetic relationships with participants and brokers

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience required
  • Experience with IRS Section 125 benefit plans, benefits administration, insurance, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
