Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers primarily via chat, plus email and phone
  • Guide users through product processes and troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • De-escalate distressed customers and drive timely resolutions
  • Document and share feedback to improve support materials, tools, and workflows
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while collaborating with teammates and leadership
  • Advocate for customers by sharing recurring issues and improvement ideas
  • Meet performance goals by using tools/resources effectively and managing interactions well
  • Stay on top of training, personal growth, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and support new team members
  • Help maintain a positive, solutions-first team culture

What You Need

  • 2+ years in customer support
  • Preferred: legal services or litigation support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening
  • Comfortable working fast, multitasking, and adapting to change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong time management and comfort using tech to stay organized/automate where possible
  • Customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and calm under pressure
