Mosaic Health, through apree health, is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist II to join our Customer Support team. This role is essential to delivering exceptional healthcare navigation support, helping members schedule appointments, access benefits, and resolve service issues with efficiency and care.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- Must be able to start September 8, 2025
- Six weeks of fully paid training (100% attendance required)
- Monday–Friday shifts between 5:45 AM – 7:00 PM MST (assigned after training)
- Occasional overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms
- Assist with appointment scheduling, account access, benefits navigation, incentives, and health screening programs
- Handle service requests, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with providers
- Manage and document cases in Salesforce, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Use problem-solving skills and internal tools to address member concerns
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or medical billing
- Medical office experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use and guide members through mobile technology
- Tech savvy; familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Google Suite preferred
- Excellent attendance and punctuality, especially during training
- Positive, professional demeanor and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Spanish language skills a plus
