Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 4-day workweek
  • Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Next hiring class starts March 2nd with mandatory training for the first four weeks

What You’ll Do

  • Provide phone, email, and text-based support to customers, partners, users, and community members
  • Use active listening to understand concerns, confirm details, and respond professionally
  • Balance speed and efficiency with a high-quality customer experience
  • Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when needed
  • Manage non-standard delivery situations with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
  • Log interactions accurately and resolve issues using Salesforce and internal tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience

What You Need

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in tech or logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to connect with different personalities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments with changing requirements
  • Coachable mindset with ability to receive feedback and improve support quality
  • Proactive approach and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends
  • Plus: Salesforce experience
