Schedule
Remote (U.S.). Inbound support calls are required daily, with support handled through phone, email, and ticketing. This is a non-exempt role eligible for overtime.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer support calls and provide product troubleshooting and support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system in a timely manner
  • Deliver consistent, reliable service through every interaction
  • Stay up to date on new product releases and updates
  • Investigate customer-reported issues, document findings, and outline steps to reproduce
  • Educate customers on using MyCase, LawPay, and CPACharge products
  • Handle other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, friendly presence
  • Ability to stay composed and solution-focused in difficult situations
  • Comfort with Windows and common tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows, decision-making, or innovation
  • Ability to reliably handle inbound support calls daily
