Schedule

  • Remote (U.S.)
  • Inbound support calls daily plus email and ticketing support
  • Non-exempt role; overtime eligible
  • Pay range: $20–$27 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer support calls and troubleshoot product issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and support ticketing system
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and document steps to reproduce
  • Educate customers on using MyCase, LawPay, and CPACharge
  • Stay current on new product releases
  • Document issues and support resolution workflows
  • Complete additional assigned duties as needed

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in a customer support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong customer care instincts
  • Ability to handle difficult situations positively
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows and common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or decision-making
