We’ve built the simplest and most inclusive BNPL solution for medical practices—dentists, aesthetics, veterinarians, and more—empowering providers to treat more patients by making their services financially accessible.
Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role (US-based)
- Shift flexibility required, including weekends and some holidays
- Fast-paced start-up environment with cross-department collaboration
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and texts to support both providers and borrowers
- Work toward one-call-resolution to maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage and track a high volume of customer inquiries daily
- Provide resolutions to inquiries and recommend actions based on assessment
- Accurately document interactions and account-level issues
- De-escalate challenging situations while maintaining professionalism
- Collaborate with management and peers to improve strategies, workflows, and systems
- Contribute ideas and feedback on improving the department and Cherry as a whole
- Work independently and cross-functionally in a growing startup environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Experience with consumer lending or financial products strongly preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task and de-escalate situations across multiple communication channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate-level Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred
- College degree desired; high school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a start-up environment highly valued
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 base salary
- $25,000 on-target commission with monthly payouts
