  • Full-time, Remote
  • Flexible shifts including nights and weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, chat, text, and email
  • Maintain high satisfaction among customers and delivery drivers
  • Report tech issues and customer feedback to engineering and leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with access to a smartphone, computer, and stable internet
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
