- Full-time, Remote
- Flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Must have a quiet home workspace with reliable internet access

What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, chat, text, and email
- Maintain high satisfaction among customers and delivery drivers
- Report tech issues and customer feedback to engineering and leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with access to a smartphone, computer, and stable internet
- Bilingual skills are a plus
