Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
  • Based in San Francisco (Remote flexibility across U.S. time zones)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver timely, thoughtful support to Abridge users by troubleshooting issues and answering questions
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and operations teams to improve the user experience
  • Use CRM tools to track communications, analyze data, and ensure smooth resolution of support requests
  • Solve complex challenges with curiosity and accuracy

What You Need

  • 2+ years in a Tier 1 or Lead Customer Support role (tech-focused preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues simply
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with CRM/ticketing systems
