Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent support through chat and email
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and offer proactive solutions
  • Manage inquiries with fast, effective resolutions that maximize customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate across departments to escalate issues, gather insights, and improve processes
  • Document recurring issues to inform product and process improvements
  • Build strong, positive relationships with users

Requirements

  • Prior customer support experience in SaaS (or motivated self-starter with SaaS knowledge)
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools/software
  • Experience with support/collaboration tools (Gist, Slack, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable in a fully remote environment

Bonus Skills

  • Application support or light coding/bug-fixing experience (PHP, Laravel a plus)
