Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent support through chat and email
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and offer proactive solutions
- Manage inquiries with fast, effective resolutions that maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments to escalate issues, gather insights, and improve processes
- Document recurring issues to inform product and process improvements
- Build strong, positive relationships with users
Requirements
- Prior customer support experience in SaaS (or motivated self-starter with SaaS knowledge)
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools/software
- Experience with support/collaboration tools (Gist, Slack, Jira, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fully remote environment
Bonus Skills
- Application support or light coding/bug-fixing experience (PHP, Laravel a plus)
