Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Flexibility required (weekends and some holidays)
  • Fully remote with summer and winter company retreats

Compensation

  • $75,000 base salary
  • $25,000 on-target bonus (monthly commission payouts)
  • Generous equity grant

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer support with a focus on one-call resolution
  • Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, live chats, texts, and emails
  • Assist providers and borrowers with account inquiries and solutions
  • Accurately document interactions and account-level issues
  • De-escalate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Partner with management to improve processes and strategies company-wide
  • Contribute to Cherry’s startup culture with continuous improvement and collaboration across departments

What You Need

  • 1+ year of customer support experience
  • Experience with consumer lending or financial products preferred
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to de-escalate across multiple communication channels
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and task prioritization
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • College degree desired; high school diploma or GED required
