- Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
- Pay range: $26.08 – $40.29/hour
- Eligible for full benefits package
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, effective phone and email support for Brightree software users
- Troubleshoot system configuration, setup, and product functionality issues
- Document cases accurately and escalate when necessary
- Stay current on product updates and releases
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues and support their success
What You Need
- Prior software support experience with external customers
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability and logical thinking
- Fast learner, self-directed, dependable, and comfortable in a remote setting
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Salesforce and healthcare/HME experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
