Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the US.
- Hours: 11am–8pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborative, supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, consultative support to customers via phone and electronic communication.
- Troubleshoot issues with system configuration, product functionality, or usage.
- Track and document all support cases according to standard operating procedures.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed.
- Stay current on product updates, technology, and release issues.
What You Need
- Prior experience providing software support to external customers.
- Technical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in HME, home health, or healthcare industry preferred.
- Brightree software and Salesforce experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proven customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
