• Rotating schedule covering EST & PST overlap
• Team: 270+ in Worker Operations
📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead a team of customer agents serving 60,000+ professionals
• Deliver coaching based on QA, productivity, and customer feedback
• Monitor team metrics and escalate performance issues
• Handle customer escalations as needed
• Maintain coaching logs, SMART goals, and performance reviews
• Use tools like Zendesk, Metabase, Amazon Connect
• Foster growth, delegate tasks, and run team-building activities

• 2+ years experience in both customer service & direct team management
• Strong coaching skills and people-first mindset
• Excellent communication, feedback, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and confident in fast-paced, remote environments
