COMPENSATION: $18/hr – $22/hr
REMOTE / ONSITE: Remote
Our client is a growing furniture company. They are seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to add to their diverse and expanding team.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$18/hr $22/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Data Entry Coordinator should be self-motivated and be able to work independently. The Data Entry Coordinator will be an important part of the team as they support in maintaining the customer database and support in the brand’s diverse and passionate team of professionals. Previous experience in customer-facing or data entry roles combined with an immediate start are a must for this Data Entry Coordinator position.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ENTRY COORDINATOR:
- Ownership of application review for approval
- Gather data to improve product offerings
- Work directly with vendors to close deals
- Complete other ad-hoc projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DATA ENTRY COORDINATOR:
- Must be tech savvy and a self starter
- Detail oriented and organized with ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Previous experience in a call center, data entry or customer-facing roles are a plus
- Strong mathematical skills
- Pays attention to detail and has familiarity with spreadsheets and technology
- Experience with Zendesk, Sales Force, and other CRMs are a plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
